Better Sleep Starts Here…
I know how exhausting it feels when your baby just won’t sleep. You’ve tried everything (rocking, swaying, singing or even late night car rides) but your baby still struggles to fall asleep or wakes after only 30–40 minutes, crying because they’re still tired.
These sleep struggles can take a toll on both you and your entire family
As a certified pediatric sleep consultant, I’m here to guide you through gentle, realistic and proven strategies that actually work without leaving you to figure it all out on your own. You’ll never have to constantly wonder whether you’re doing the “right” or “wrong” thing, and your baby won’t have to experience endless inconsistencies from trying multiple methods in one night just to fall asleep. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your baby’s temperament, your parenting style, and your family’s goals.
Better sleep isn’t just about nighttime, it changes your entire day.
When both you and your baby are well rested, happier and calmer days naturally follow. You deserve peaceful nights, smoother days, and the confidence of knowing that what you’re doing is working.
My Approach
When it comes to sleep training, many parents immediately think of the Cry-It-Out method, where babies are left to cry until they fall asleep. In my opinion, this often leads babies to fall asleep out of exhaustion rather than truly learning how to fall asleep independently, which can sometimes do more harm than good.
Your baby deserves to feel safe, supported, and loved throughout the learning process
And you deserve guidance that feels encouraging rather than overwhelming.
My approach to sleep training is gentle, responsive, and tailored to each family. That being said, I also want to be realistic, I cannot promise a completely “no-tears” sleep plan. Your baby is learning a brand new skill and adjusting to a new routine, so some tears and protest are completely normal along the way. What I can offer is guidance on how to respond to those tears in a loving and supportive way, showing your baby that you are there with them through this transition. I will never ask parents to leave their child to cry without checking on them, ensuring their safety, and offering comfort when needed. Every sleep plan I create is personalized to fit both your baby’s needs and your parenting style. There is no pressure and no judgment. No matter how long it takes for your little one to learn this new skill, I will be there to support and guide you every step of the way, helping your family achieve better sleep in a way that feels right for you.
