About Me

Hi there! I’m Chirawan, and I’m the founder of Drowsy Baby Sleep Consulting.

My journey into the world of pediatric sleep started through my work as a professional nanny. For over seven years, I’ve worked closely with babies and toddlers, supporting families through everyday routines, big milestones, and everything in between. Even though I don't have children of my own, I know exactly how magical it feels when a child wakes up in a wonderful mood after a great night of sleep. It changes everything!

But I’ve also seen the other side, how exhausting it is for parents when sleep just isn't happening. That’s what inspired me to dive deeper. I wanted to give parents real, science backed relief, so I became a certified pediatric sleep consultant through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting. I also hold a background in Psychology with a minor in Early Childhood Education. This helps me truly understand child development, behavior, and the science behind sleep.

My approach is completely centered around gentle, responsive methods. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or judgment. Instead, we’ll look at your child's unique personality and your family's lifestyle to create a plan that feels right to you.

My goal at Drowsy Baby Sleep Consulting is to make sleep feel simple and way less overwhelming. We aren't chasing some textbook version of "perfection" here. Instead, we’ll break things down into small, realistic steps that actually fit into your real, everyday life. Because at the end of the day, this isn't just about clocking longer stretches of sleep. It’s about replacing bedtime anxiety with calm nights, helping you feel confident as a parent, and giving your family the energy to actually enjoy your days together again.
