We’ll schedule a 45-minutes call to walk through your plan together.
This is your time to ask questions, talk through concerns, and make sure everything feels doable for you. By the end, you’ll feel clear, supported, and ready to get started.

Once you begin, you won’t be doing it alone.
For 14 days, you’ll have direct support from me through text or email. I’ll help you troubleshoot, adjust the plan if needed, and guide you through each step as things improve. Because sleep isn’t always linear and you deserve support through it.
