We’ll start with a detailed assessment of your baby’s sleep, routines, and environment. You’ll receive a personalized sleep plan tailored to your baby and your parenting style before your in-home visit.

I’ll come to your home and guide you through your baby’s bedtime routine step by step. You’ll learn exactly how to respond and support your baby, with real time coaching and adjustments throughout the night (6:30 PM – 5:30 AM).

Throughout the night, I’ll observe your baby’s sleep patterns and make on-the-spot adjustments based on what works best, so you feel confident handling night wakings and transitions.

After your in-home sessions, you’ll receive continued support and guidance (text/email for 14 days) to help you stay consistent and confident as your baby’s sleep improves.
