Receive hands-on support in the comfort of your own home. I’ll walk you through your baby’s bedtime routine, guide you on how to respond, and make adjustments in real time based on your baby’s needs.

Includes:

  • 3 consecutive overnight in-home visits

  • Hands-on support throughout the night

  • Real-time guidance for night wakings and feeds

  • Personalized sleep plan tailored to your baby

  • Adjustments each night based on progress

  • 14 days of follow-up support

Overnight support is provided from 6:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

Here’s what it looks like

  • We’ll start with a detailed assessment of your baby’s sleep, routines, and environment. You’ll receive a personalized sleep plan tailored to your baby and your parenting style before your in-home visit.

  • I’ll come to your home and guide you through your baby’s bedtime routine step by step. You’ll learn exactly how to respond and support your baby, with real time coaching and adjustments throughout the night (6:30 PM – 5:30 AM).

  • Throughout the night, I’ll observe your baby’s sleep patterns and make on-the-spot adjustments based on what works best, so you feel confident handling night wakings and transitions.

  • After your in-home sessions, you’ll receive continued support and guidance (text/email for 14 days) to help you stay consistent and confident as your baby’s sleep improves.
